Once UltraVNC is installed, you'll need to be logged into the PC (server side) with local Admin rights and then have someone send a Ctl-Alt-Del to this PC using the VNC viewer. There is an extra step during installation however. Long story short, version 1.0.9.5 works with Ctl-Alt-Del. Click this and you'll notice that UltraVNC 1.0.9.5 is actually the most recent version. However, if you go back to the main page and look right under the banner at the top of the page, you'll notice a link to their Beta website. If you navigate to and click the Download link at the top of the page, you'll notice that version 1.0.82 is the most current version. We had issues with UltraVNC at first, but there is a newer version that is available, but their website makes it hard to find.
